At The Library Ladder, we want you to love your home library setup; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
